      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff inform the stainless food contact table is cleaned by simply brushing the flour off. Staff unaware how to clean mixing apparatus inner compartments.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are educated on proper cleaning procedure of food contact surfaces by using bleach solution measured at 100-200ppm chlorine. Educate staff on how to properly clean the mixing apparatus using dry cleaning method.
