      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 sanitizer spray bottles were available at the work station, however only 2 were noted in the correct concentration - uses the Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer. One spray bottle was noted with no sanitizer.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator emptied the spray bottle with no sanitizer. Going forward, please ensure the concentration of the sanitizer is verified with the test strips provided prior to starting food preparation.
