- A tray of chicken was observed thawing on a table beside the cooker at 14C. Operator said the chicken was brought out for about 20 minutes and he was instructed to thaw properly by placing under running water. Please ensure food items are thawed properly to prevent the growth of pathogens.

- - Pest control records were maintained. - Recent report showed the mice activity. - Mouse droppings (7-10) were observed in the dry storage room especially by the furnace duct.Action required: -Please clean the mice droppings (proper cleanup procedure will be provided along with the report). -Please continue to work with the pest control company to reduce/eliminate pest. - Seal all the holes properly (such as, with the tightly packed steel wool).
