      • A child’s hands were not washed immediately following the diapering process in the Infant 1 room.-Please ensure that children’s hands are washed immediately after diaper changes to follow proper handwashing procedures and to reduce the risk of infection transmission.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Paper towels were kept in open basket on diaper table/station in infant 1 room.-Please store paper towels in suitable dispenser to prevent potential bulk contamination.

      • The classrooms temperatures were still slight warm, measured between 26 and 27 degrees Celsius.-Please maintain room temperature between 20-22 degrees Celsius to ensure children's comfort.Also, ensure the rooms thermostats are in good working condition.

      • Electrical panel in senior preschool classroom needs to be properly locked to prevent children access to to the panel.-Please ensure the indicated electrical panel is locked at all times.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • There was no soap dispenser available near the handwashing sink in the diapering area and in the facility's washrooms.-Please provide appropriate soap dispensers in the indicated areas.
    • 13. Is this facility properly heated to ensure client comfort (Critical)?
      • The classrooms temperatures were very warm at the time of the inspection, temperature was measured between 29 and 30 degrees Celsius.-Please maintain room temperature betweeen 20-22 degrees Celsius to ensure children's comfort.Also, ensure the rooms thermostats are in good working condition.
