- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The cooler in the front area on the north end had an internal temperature of 15.8C. Milk products and various soft beverages were stored inside. The door to the cooler is in disrepair, there is a gap on the right side which is a possible reason as to why temperatures are not maintained. All coolers must maintain a temperature of 4C or lower to prevent the growth of bacteria. Please repair. In the meantime, refrain from using the cooler and storing any high-risk foods (milk) inside. The operator discarded the milk products at the time of the inspection.
