- A container of raw marinating chicken was stored on top of tomatoes and grapes in the walk-in cooler. The container was removed at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that raw meat is stored below ready-to-eat foods to protect from cross-contamination.

The Alberta Food Regulation (AR 31/2006) requires that at least one person in care and control of a food facility be certified in food safety. Please complete the food safety certificate course and provide the undersigned PHI with a copy of the obtained certificate.
