      • Chemicals such as window cleaner and room scent spray were observed to be within reach of children in the OSC washroom. Ensure chemicals are stored out of reach of children. The operator relocated the indicated chemicals during inspection.

      • Expired wipes were observed in the first aid kit in the baby room. Ensure all products in the first aid kit are non-expired. The operator removed the indicated expired wipes during inspection.

      • A buildup of grime was observed on the stepping stool near the handwashing sink in the preschool room. Ensure the indicated stool is cleaned or replaced.

      • Low water pressure was observed at the handwashing sink in the preschool room which makes effective handwashing difficult. Ensure the indicated handwashing sink is repaired to restore adequate water pressure and help facilitate effective handwashing practices.

      • Diapering pad had a permeable cover. Removed at time of inspection.Strongly recommend a new diapering pad that is easily cleanable is used (current has cleanable cover but was not impervious).

      • 1.Sleeping mats were noted to be cracked and in disrepair, making it difficult to clean and disinfect.Repair or replace sleeping mats2. Recommend 2nd crib mattress has a mattress cover to prevent leaks and that is impervious to moisture.

      • 1. Cover on the infant bouncy chair was stained and required cleaning. 2. Cleaning was required inside the sink cabinet in the Toddler/Preschool room.3. Paint was peeling off the gate in the Toddler/Preschool room. Please repair.

      • Bouncy chair and mouthed (dirty) toys storage bin were stored in the crib. They were removed during the inspection. Please ensure that childrens' bedding is kept clean.
