      • Diapering pad had a permeable cover. Removed at time of inspection.Strongly recommend a new diapering pad that is easily cleanable is used (current has cleanable cover but was not impervious).
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • 1.Sleeping mats were noted to be cracked and in disrepair, making it difficult to clean and disinfect.Repair or replace sleeping mats2. Recommend 2nd crib mattress has a mattress cover to prevent leaks and that is impervious to moisture.

      • Push-in pins were used in children's areas. Please remove.

      • 1. Cover on the infant bouncy chair was stained and required cleaning. 2. Cleaning was required inside the sink cabinet in the Toddler/Preschool room.3. Paint was peeling off the gate in the Toddler/Preschool room. Please repair.

      • Bouncy chair and mouthed (dirty) toys storage bin were stored in the crib. They were removed during the inspection. Please ensure that childrens' bedding is kept clean.
