- Open cereal box was stored with chemicals in the sink cabinet. It was removed during the inspection.

- The steps of manual dish/toy washing were improper: ensure that dishes/toys are washed with soapy water, rinsed with fresh water and then disinfected by immersion into the 100-ppm chlorine bleach solution. Discussed.
