    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Little Rascals and Little Buds: Diapering change table was observed in room. Handwashing sinks are in attached washroom (through full door). At time of inspection, observed staff diapering in Little Rascals room. Staff did not wash hands immediately after diapering, completed putting diapering supplies away including opening a door prior to washing hands. Children did not wash hands. Discussed with staff onsite. Diapering is available in washrooms with hand sinks easily accessible but was not being utilized at time of inspection.Diapering needs to be completed near an accessible hand sink for children that does not require additional steps to open doors.
