      • Handwash sink not provided with paper towel. Install a paper towel dispenser as well as a soap dispenser so access to these is convenient for staff.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Facility does not have a Food Handling Permit and is not approved to operate. Facility is to stop further operation until approval has been given.
    • 26. Have plans for construction or alteration of this facility been submitted for approval?
      • Bar was already built without submitting plans for approval to our office. Sinks/Basins were insufficient for proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils.E-mail will be sent outlining sink/basin requirements that must be met. Once you decide what to install and change, provide us with drawings, specifications and details before you proceed. Our office must review and approve your plans and let you know if there are any further changes needed.
