      • - The buffers are unclean, the ventilation system is due for professional maintenance. Kindly ensure the buffers are cleaned and the system is professionally serviced.

      • A hole/gap was noted between the floor and the bottom of the kitchen exterior door.Fix or replace the weather stripping on the kitchen exterior door to prevent pest (mice & insects) entry into the facility.

      • Mice droppings were noted on the floor in the back exit door area. Recent pest report indicates 3 mice were got on traps.- Identify any hole on walls in the kitchen, dining, and have them sealed to prevent pest harborage.- Remove materials/items that are not in use from the facility. These items clutter the facility and provide hiding areas for pest.- Store all client utensils and dry foods in pest proof containers with tight fitting covers to prevent pest contamination.- Active monitoring and additional traps are required throughout the facility.
