    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • The diapering station in room 3: The cabinet door does not close completely. There is a large enough gap where clients can stick their fingers inside and can be a potential crushing hazard.Please repair the door so it can be closed completely.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Test papers are not available to measure 100 ppm chlorine.Test papers are also not available to measure 1000 ppm for outbreaks and cleaning up bodily fluids (ex. vomitus).
    • 15. Is laundry being properly handled in a suitable manner?
      • There was only one bin available for laundry. Please ensure there is a 'clean' and 'dirty' bin.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The large carpet in room 2 had a buildup of dust and debris. Please vacuum the carpet.The metal art shelf located in room 4 is wobbly and tilted. One of the legs are missing the leveler.Incomplete cleaning checklists in room 4 and room 5. Please ensure staff are filling out the checklists on a consistent basis.Classroom 6: The caulking behind the handwashing basin is worn out. Please recaulk behind the basin to create a watertight seal.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Only cold water was coming out of the handwashing faucets located in classroom 2 and classroom 4. The water pressure for classroom 2 was also low on the hot water setting.Please adjust the temperature to a comfortable temperature to encourage children to wash their hands thoroughly.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The Neutral Multi-Purpose Cleaner used to wipe the tables does not have a DIN (drug identification number).Please switch to 100 ppm or use a cleaning solution with a DIN number.

      • The bleach solution spray bottle in room 1 is not working.Please replace or repair the bottle.
