      • There was tape along the side of the hand wash sink countertop in the toddler room, making it difficult to property clean and sanitize the surface. The tape was removed during the inspection.

In Room 4, there were some unlabeled lotions and a Vaseline container in a cabinet that was accessible for children. ** Staff mentioned that this is a teacher's cabinet, and that it is usually locked, but the lock fell off. ** Please install new lock on teachers' cabinet so these items are inaccessible for children, or ensure all personal items are labelled. -

There was a raw & unfinished wooden block secured to the wall in the infant room near the sleeping mats. ** Please ensure the surface is made smooth, non-absorbent to moisture, and easily cleanable. ** Director informed inspector that this block was going to be removed as it was previously part of a play structure that had already been removed. 3. In Room 2, the flooring by the door is damaged, and there is a gap exposed between the planks. It had been taped over as an interim solution. ** Remove the duct tape and properly repair or replace the damaged flooring. 4. In Room 5, the flooring near the washroom and the play area by the cubicles are damaged, deteriorating, and no longer easy to clean. The area had been taped over as an interim solution.**Remove the tape and properly repair or replace the flooring. 5. In Room 3, there were large yellow water stains observed on the ceiling near the play area/ window facing the playground. ** Director mentioned that this is from a previous leak and the source of water had already been abated. ** Please ensure that the water stains are washed off. If the staining cannot be washed off, refinish the surface so staff can continue to monitor for additional stains. 6. In Room 5, the corner ledge near the window (by the playground) was hanging off and no longer properly secured in place, revealing a surface difficult to clean/ disinfect.** Please ensure that the wall along the corner ledge is properly repaired and the surface refinished so it is made smooth/easy to clean. -

      • - In the infant room, two paper towel dispensers (near the white fridge) were missing paper towels. ** Please ensure paper towels are placed in a proper dispenser. **This was corrected during the inspection. -

      • - The bleach water bottle in the infant room measured 10-50 ppm chlorine. ** Please ensure the bleach water bottle measures 100 ppm chlorine. **This was corrected during the inspection.-
