      • In the OSC Room 2, a bottle of Lysol disinfectant spray was observed in an unlocked cabinet in the washroom. Ensure chemicals are not accessible to children. The operator relocated the indicated spray bottle during the inspection.

      • 1. In the Toddler Room 2, two water-stained ceiling tiles were observed. 2. Several wooden hallow blocks were observed to be in disrepair and are no longer smooth, and easy to clean. 1. Please replace the indicated ceiling tiles. 2. Ensure the indicated blocks are refinished, replaced or removed from the facility.

      • 1. In the OSC Room 2, a large rip in the front section of the black fabric couch was observed. 2. In the OSC Room 2, a buildup of grime was observed between the raised seating area and the glass window and door panels. 1. Ensure the indicated couch is repaired, replaced or fitted with a cover to ensure the surface remains easy to clean and disinfect.2. Ensure the indicated area is cleaned and sanitized.

      • The utensil holder in the small kitchen adjacent to the Toddler 1 required cleaning. This was completed during the inspection.
