- At the time of inspection, chlorine concentration in the mechanical dishwasher was observed to be less than 50 ppm.The bulk chlorine container was observed to be greater than 200 ppm.Correction:-Manual dishwashing procedures reviewed with the operator.-Replace and/or repair the line feeding chlorine sanitizer from the bulk container into the mechanical dishwasher.-Ensure that chlorine concentration in mechanical dishwasher is at 100 ppm.
