      • Sanitizing solutions (chlorine) were not at the correct concentration. Solution remade and was at 100ppm. Violation corrected during the inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Only two of the three hand washing sinks had paper towels. Violation corrected during inspection.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Knives where stored directly next to the front hand sink. Allowing for the potential of contamination during the hand washing process.Knives were washed/sanitized then moved to another location. Violation corrected during inspection. If you wish to store food or utensils/dishes next to the hand sink then a splash gaurd is required.
