- Dishwasher bleach sanitizer was not working at the time of inspection. The issue was the hose pushed in the bucket too far so it tipped back up and as the chemical was used, the hose was not making contact with solution. This was corrected during inspection. Dishwasher log is up to date.

Owner reports they are hiring a contractor to redo it. Tiles around the women's bathroom floor drain is chipping away. Redo tile around floor drain. Women's bathroom floors become excessively wet. Repair issue that is causing bathroom floors to flood.

Assess water damage to ceiling and walls. Cut out any water damaged drywall and rafters in the cooler to remove and prevent mold. Dry out studs and refinish walls including mop sink surround and ceiling.
