      • The following coolers were not equipped with thermometers:-Sliding door cooler on the south wall containing milk & yogurt-Reach-in cooler on the south wall containing Hygard & Quality Foods subs/sandwichesACTION REQUIRED: ensure all coolers containing high-risk foods are equipped with a functional thermometer.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The staff washroom handsink was not equipped with soap or paper towel.ACTION REQUIRED: ensure all hand wash stations are stocked with soap & paper towel.

      • 2024-06-021. The facility was not operating in compliance with the permit restrictions, namely: --The facility was brewing and selling coffee  --The facility was dispensing bulk donuts (open foods) to patrons --The facility did not meet AHS sink requirementsACTION REQUIRED: discontinue all open food handling. Discontinue brewing, selling, and/or giving coffee. Discontinue dispensing open foods such as donuts. Contact EPH to discuss requirements to handle open foods. 2.
