- Corrective actions: Remake solution to ensure concentration is within range of 272 - 700ppm DDBSA. One pail remade by operator measuring at 272 - 700ppm DDBSA at time of inspection. Contact service provider to ensure dispenser is capable of dispensing solution at correct concentration. Concentration that are too high can leave residue on food contact equipment, tools and surfaces and lead to contamination's.
