      • Frosting was noticed on the ceiling of the walk-in freezer and food was being stored below it.-Ensure that the food is stored away from the frosting as it can lead to contamination of food and fix the frosting.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • One of the Whopper patties were found to be at 53C.The whopper patty was discarded by the operator.-Ensure that perishable foods are stored at 60C or higher in a hot holding unit.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The vent above the broiler was smoky and dusty.-Ensure that the vents are regularly cleaned for proper ventilation.

      • 1)The area under the utensil storage rack was dirty.2) Stains on the floor underneath the boards.Clean the above-mentioned areas.
