(a) that the risk of contaminating the food is minimized;
- Replace plastic shelving unit with one of easily cleanable design & that stores food / packaging >= 6in. / 15cm off the floor. Remove pop crate and provide durable smooth impervious and easily washable platform or other cleanable design acceptable. Dry storage shelving unit must be cleaned and repainted / made easily washable.
