      • Weather stripping on the bay door across the freezer was in disrepair, leaving visible gaps at the bottom of the door.- Please replace/install weather stripping to eliminate the gaps.

      • Chlorine surface sanitizer initially prepared in the spray bottle was tested at 10 ppm. Operator prepared sanitizer during inspection and concentration was tested at 100 ppm.- As discussed, ensure that sanitizer solution is prepared for use at all times for each food handling area and check sanitizer concentration regularly.
