- There was a visible gap underneath he weatherstripping at the bottom of the back overhead door. Please repair weatherstripping to close all gaps and prevent entry of pests.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Violation Outstanding: The floor around the dishwashing area was in disrepair and the concrete was exposed. The flooring near the dish washing area was starting to peel up and expose the concrete underneath. Please replace/repair the flooring such that it is smooth and cleanable.
