      • The sensor in the hand sink at the back was not working. The batteries had died.The operator replaced the batteries for the sensor in the hand washing sink.-Ensure that the hand washing sink is always working and is fully supplied.

      • No paper towel available at the hand washing sink near the 3-compartment sink. Ensure all hand washing sinks are supplied with paper towel and liquid soap at all times.
