      • The blue pleather chairs located in the preschool 2 room were in disrepair with large pieces of missing material deeming it difficult to clean.The operator promptly removed the chair from the preschool 2 room.

Inspect the ceiling tiles throughout the daycare. If those tiles are water damaged, address those leaks and replace those tiles as well.
