- Observation: Health operating permit and licence not displayed in visual location. Staff were unable to find the permit on site.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. One bag of frozen mango stored with sealed bags of raw protein. There is not enough room in the counter freezer for the inventory. Storage of raw protein and ready to eat foods may lead to cross contamination and foodborne disease. This is a repeat infraction.
- 2. Ice scoop was stored in ice machine in the ice. This may lead to contamination of the ice when reaching for the scoop.
- 3. Containers of olive oil, food containers and saran wrap were stored on the kitchen grease trap. The grease trap is contaminated and cannot be used for food storage.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to store all ready to eat foods away or separate from raw protein products. An additional freezer unit is recommended dedicated for ready to eat frozen foods to prevent this problem. Operator corrected this at time of inspection.
- 2. Ensure to store ice scoop in a clean sanitary designated location or container so staff hands do not contaminate the ice when reaching for the scoop in the ice.
- 3. Do not store food products, equipment or utensils on the grease trap. Store food on sanitary surfaces at least 15 cm off the ground. More designated food storage space is required.
