- Observation: Facility was processing and cooking food at the time of inspection. This facility is only approved for storage and distribution of ready to eat foods to patrons.
- Corrective Action(s): Stop cooking and processing food immediately. Do not use broken stove top. Operator is to replace food inventory with ready to eat food as per requirements for health approval. Invoices and records required for review in follow up. Correction required in one week.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Flies observed in kitchen area as front door and kitchen door is open at the time of inspection. Fly paper in use to capture flies. Flies can be a source of food contamination. Entry of flies should be prevented. There is a screen on the window of the kitchen to prevent entry through the window.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure to reduce the fly population and prevent entry of flies by closing doors when possible. Place fly paper and traps in areas where it will not contaminated food and food equipment. Replace fly paper and remove compost and garbage as necessary. Use lids on all garbage or compost bins to prevent attracting pests.
- If needed, hire a pest control company to address pest issue.
