- High-risk food discarded during inspection on January 27, 2025, is displayed for sale. Onsite employee confirmed that it is the same high-risk food discarded on January 27, 2025. Internal temperature of food stored on the south sidewalk-in cooler is recorded 8 degrees Celsius. This food is marked discarded with a permanent marker at the time of inspection and discarded. Operator removed it from the walk-in cooler to get refund from supplier. Owner of the facility is contacted on phone at the time of inspection and advised not to sell high-risk food exposed to temperature abuse.

Operator indicated that he may be able to return this food to recover the cost, so he removed this food from front shelves so that no customer has access to it. Operator is advised to repair the cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius throughout the cooler. Operator is further advised not to store high risk food in this side of cooler until repaired.
