      • Unlabeled bottle of unknown contents on site underneath sink. Ensure all cleaning chemicals are labelled as to its content to prevent any accidental injuries.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Kitchen area sliding fridge has thermometer and below 4C. Outside area sliding fridge at 8c. Perishables removed to alternate location. Ensure sliding fridge is repaired so it can maintain 4c or lower.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No test strips on site. Please obtain chlorine test strips.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • No one in care and control of the facility has taken the approved food safety course. Ensure that at least one person that is in care and control of the facility obtains an approved food safety course certification.
