      • Several spray bottles were found to be unlabeled, which may lead to improper use.It is recommended that all spray bottles be clearly and accurately labeled with their contents to ensure safe handling and prevent misuse.

      • Mouse droppings were observed in the walk-in cooler and the janitor room. Additionally, mouse poison was found inside the walk-in freezer, which poses a potential contamination risk.Clean droppings and monitor for new activity. Remove poison from food storage areas. It is recommended that a licensed pest control company be engaged to address the infestation promptly.

      • 1. The exterior kitchen door was not properly sealed, with a visible gap in the weather stripping. This condition may serve as a potential entry point for pests.2. The west exit door leading to the backyard was also not properly sealed, with a visible gap in the weather stripping.It is recommended that both doors be properly sealed and that the weather stripping be repaired or replaced to prevent pest access and maintain facility integrity.

      • QT-40 test strips are expired. Obtain new test strips.

      • Quats based sanitizer measured less than 200ppm. Adjust dispenser to ensure sanitizer is mixed to 200ppm.

      • Spray bottles were mislabeled or unlabeled. Ensure all spray bottles are accurately labeled to prevent misuse.

      • There was a gap underneath exterior door. In order to prevent pest entry, repair weatherstripping so there are no gaps.

      • Tap on sink close to stand up mixer was loose. Tighten.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • 1. There were multiple scoops in sugar bin with handles directly contacting sugar. Ensure scoops are stored outside bin or in way that prevents handles from contacting food in order to prevent contamination of bulk ingredients. 2. Bowl for stand up mixer was rusty inside. Repair or replace so bowl is smooth, durable and easy to clean.

      • Weatherstripping on back kitchen door had cracked at bottom. Please repair so that there are no gaps for potential pest entry.
