    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Handwashing sink in art room was out of paper towel. It was restocked during the inspection.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • There were two screws protruding from underside of play structure in art room. Please cover or trim screws to prevent injury.

      • Faucet at sink on right hand side of washroom was loose and initially there was no hot water. The faucet and mixing valve were adjusted during the inspection and hot water was restored to sink.

      • Bleach disinfectant bottle was in reach of children in language room. Please ensure disinfectant is kept out of reach of children.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Bleach disinfectant in spray bottles measured 0ppm chlorine. Ensure chlorine disinfectant is made to100ppm. Staff members were going to re-make bottles.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Toys and supplies are stored in staff washroom. Toys should not be stored in this area. If washroom is used for any storage, items must be stored in a manner that prevents contamination (in totes or cabinet).
