      • 1. Cardboard used on shelves above freezers. 2. Boxes of tomato cans stored directly on floor.3. Plastic utensil bin with clean equipment had a buildup of debris.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Replace cardboard with material that is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean. 2. Do not store boxes of food directly on the floor to protect from contamination and to facilitate cleaning in the area. 3. Clean utensil bin so clean items are not re-contaminated.
