      • Infant Room 1 * One of the outlet covers was broken, it was taped temporarily. Please ensure it is replaced and repaired properly.Infant Room in the Basement* Crack on the wall beside the fridge Toddler Room 3*Crack on the wall base by the window

      • Infant Room 1 * Milk / formula bottles were left on the counter after the breakfast. Corrected during the inspection. Please ensure any remaining milk/ formula bottles are stored in the fridge.

      • Toddler 2 Room * Bathroom light was not working. Please ensure it is properly repaired.

      • Infant room 1 *Food debris on the cribs *Bibs on the counter had food debris on them*Noted during the that daily cleaning checklist for PM was already filled out. Please make sure concerns above addressed properly.

      • Infant 3, Toddler 1, Toddler 2 Rooms * Noted during the inspection that small and big foam building blocks used in the rooms. They were not in good repair, some were ripped, and some had bite marks on them. Theses material cannot be washed or sanitized, they are not made of water absorbent materials. Corrected during the inspection. They are removed from the rooms. Please ensure play equipment/toys are in good repair and made of washable, cleanable materials.

      • Infant Room 2 *Hand sink beside the toilet was not operational. Toddler Room 1 * Hand sink by the single toilet area was not operational. Please ensure all required repairs are completed and all handwashing sinks are operational at all times.

Please make sure surface properly recaulked with durable, waterproof seal.Toddler 2 Upstairs *Hot water tap is not working at the hand sink. Water at the sinks were not warming up.       • Most of the hand sink in the facility- caulking was not in good repair. Please make sure properly repaired. Room upstairs T2 *Corner was surface was chipping off. *Floor at the back door to leading to playground was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired.

      • *Most of the hand sink in the facility- caulking was not in good repair. Please make sure properly repaired. Infant Room - 1*Food debris on the curtain by the play area in the in Room 1. Please make sure it is properly cleaned. *Highchair fabric cover was not in clean condition. Please make sure it is washed and cleaned. Toddler 1- *Red Chair cover was built up debris and not in clean condition. Please make sure properly washed and cleaned.Infant R-3 There was staining on the floor behind the toilet. No leak observed during the inspection. Please investigate if there any leak, and surface is properly cleaned. Basement Preschool 1 *Fleece green chairs cover was dirty. Please make sure it is washed.

      • Preschool Room 3 and Preschool R1 in the basement *Kids mats were very close to each other while they were napping. Please make sure • Sleeping areas need to be large enough to have 60 cm of open space on all sides of beds except where the bed is next to a wall. • When children are placed side-by-side for sleeping, arrange them so that the head of one child is next to the feet of the next child, and so on. This will help to avoid children coughing in each other’s faces while sleeping.

      • **CORRECTED**1. Infant 2:Toys were being cleaned, disinfected and dried in diapering area. Advised operator to not wash toys in dedicated diapering area and to find alternate space that is completely separate to prevent cross contamination.
