      • Dishwasher sanitizing temp. on the plate level did not reach at multiple times, ran the dishwasher seventh times and reached to 71C at the last ran. Please make sure it dishwasher sanitizing temperature is monitored daily and repairs are completed if needed.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Handsink counter surface in the male washroom was splitting. Please make sure it is repaired.

      • Grease behind the cook line floor and wall - Please make sure areas in concern are cleaned.
