- The dishwasher sanitizing temperature is not reaching 71 C. A part has been ordered and repair is in progress. The facility is using the 3 sink method for manual dishwashing until the dishwasher has been repaired. Contact AHS once the repair has been completed. Ensure that the daily temperature of the dishwasher is recorded using a waterproof thermometer.
