- The food-grade sanitizer dispenser and heat-sanitizing dishwasher are not being tested regularly to verify their strength. Test Sink & Surface sanitizer and heat-sanitizing dishwasher at least once a day (whenever kitchen is in operation) and log results. Recommend testing at the beginning of the day before food preparation occurs.*Repeat violation*
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Paper towel dispenser at the hand sink to the right of the prep table was out of stock. - Please ensure all hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels at all times.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Some fruit flies were observed in the back corner of the kitchen near the empty oil cartons. - Contact pest control company to control the flies, remove any standing water, and ensure all the drains are clean and in good condition.

- A written sanitation plan for the kitchen was not available for review during inspection.Send a written cleaning schedule of the facility to the undersigned health inspector for review. Recommend a rotating cleaning schedule for weekly/monthly tasks not requiring regular housekeeping. *Repeat Violation*
