- Additional shelving needed in the back room. There were multiple boxes of canned beverages being stored on the floor.

- Sink & surface sanitizer was in spray bottles with the wrong label. Please ensure the correct label is put on the bottles.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- There was no paper towel at the handwashing sink. Please refill the paper towel dispenser.There were some items (empty can, cloth) in the handsink. Please keep the handsink empty; is to be used for handwashing only. Corrected during inspection.
