- Observation:
- 1) The exhaust canopies and filters require to be professionaly cleaned and serviced, as the service sticker indicates it should of been done in April 2025.
- 2) There are food stains and old rodent droppings under the metal shelving racks, along the base of walls, in the locked "cafeteria storage" room. Droppings carry diseases, and it is difficult to monitor for pests.
- Corrective Action(s):
- 1) Call a company to clean and service the exhaust canopies and filters. Ensure this is done as per the service stickers.

- 2) Damaged drywall and peeling paint found above the 2-comp prep sink. The wall is not sealed or cleanable. Food and water will absorb into the wall and will attract pests and/or damage the wall.

- 1) Repair the wall so it is smooth, sealed, durable and cleanable by installing and sealing a stainless steel backsplash on the length of the wall.
