      • Observation:
      • 1) The front service paper towel dispenser is broken and unable to dispense paper towels. Staff using napkins in dispenser, beside the POS, to dry their hands.
      • 2) Observed damaged, cracked and/or chipped food container lids. The lids can't be properly washed & sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • 1) Immediately repair/replace the paper towel dispenser. Place a napkin dispenser beside the handwashing sink, so staff can easily dry their hands and not reach over to the POS area.

      • 2) Throw away all damaged, cracked and/or chipped food container lids. Routinely inspect all food lids and containers for damage.
