A reinspection will be scheduled for Friday, July 17th to confirm the remaining repairs are completed.July 17, 2026: The facility will be painting over the upcoming weekend and baseboards will be installed. Drywall has been repaired.The facility is currently waiting for carpet to delivered so the flooring can be installed.

      • 1. The hook for the childproof lock on the cabinet in Room 3 was broken and not securing the door in the closed position.Repair or replace the childproof lock to ensure the cabinet can be properly secured.

      • 1.Tempera paint labeled “5+” was observed in Room 4. The product was removed during the inspection.Ensure all craft materials are checked for age - appropriate labeling prior to use in rooms with younger children.2. String lights were observed draped over a cardboard puppet stage in one of the classrooms. This presents a potential tripping and entanglement hazard.Consider replacing these with battery- operated string lights to eliminate the need for plugging into an outlet and to prevent cords from dangling.

Cardboard is a porous material and cannot be effectively cleaned and disinfected between children.Remove the cardboard structure, along with any other porous or difficult-to-clean toys, until the outbreak has been declared over.
