      • A few mouse droppings were seen in the front cupboards in the main floor dining room, under some equipment in the main kitchen, and in the storage room in the main kitchen.-Please clean and disinfect the areas where droppings were found and consult with the pest control company to eradicate the mice.

      • 1. There was some food debris build up on the counter behind the coffee machines in the 2 east sunroom/kitchenette.2. The stainless steel cart used to collect trays/dishes from resident rooms on 2 east had some debris build up.-Please clean the noted areas.

Main kitchen: The taps were leaking on the 3 compartment sink and the 1 compartment sink.-Please repair the leaks.2. 2nd floor serving kitchen: The finish was off the edges of a few cupboards.-Please refinish the edges of the cupboards so surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.

      • There were a few mouse droppings seen in Unit 1 west kitchenette along the window ledge and in the cupboard where the sump is located. Holes were found around the pipe in the sump cupboards in both 1 east and 1 west kitchenettes, under the 2 compartment sink in 1 east kitchenette, and under the heater in 1 west kitchenette.-Please thoroughly clean and disinfect the kitchenettes.-Seal the openings that were found which could be entry/exit points for mice.-Place traps in the kitchenettes and consult with the pest control company to eradicate the mice.

      • Main kitchen: The sensor on the paper towel dispenser was not working at the hand wash sink in the front area (serving area off of the dining room).-Please repair the paper towel dispenser.

      • Mouse droppings were found in the cupboard under the sink in the front area of the main dining room as well as along the exterior walls in a few areas in the main kitchen.

      • Two taps at the sinks on the dishwasher line were leaking.-Please repair the leaks.

      • 1. Main Kitchen: There was some food debris build up in the corners and under racks in the dry storage room.-Please thoroughly clean the dry storage room.2. Unit Sun Rooms/snack kitchens: There was some food debris build up in all the refrigerators.-Please clean the refrigerators on a routine basis and add to the cleaning schedule.
