    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) In room 1 and room 4 the caulking around handwashing sink counter was in disrepair. - Re-caulk the counter.2) The table near the cubbies in room 7 had duct tape on and had dust accumulated. - Remove the tape.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • First aid kits had expired antiseptic wipes.- Replace antiseptic wipes with new ones.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Bleach sanitizer throughout the facility was measured at 1000 ppm. - All bleach sanitizers were diluted during the inspection and measured at 100 ppm. Ensure that 100 ppm bleach is used for regular cleaning.2) Reusable towels were being hung to dry on faucet. - Operator removed it during the inspection. Ensure that towels are being used once and then thrown into the dirty towel bin.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • 1)The toy bins in room 1 had dust accumulated. - Clean the toy bins.2) Sink in the play kitchen in room 1 had crack and was taped. - Repair the sink such that it is smooth and easily cleanable.
