- Mouse droppings were noted under the kitchen sink. Staff indicated they had caught a mouse in the past and droppings were likely from that mouse. Please clean and sanitize areas contaminated by droppings. Continue monitoring for pests and implementing pest control measures.

- 1. There were some cracked wood cutting boards and damaged pans in the kitchen.-These were discarded at the time of inspection.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- There was some debris build up on the floor under the storage racks in the pantry and there were some empty plastic bins and other items stored on the floor.-Please thoroughly clean the pantry and do not store any items on the floor to allow for easier cleaning.
