      • The cupboards in both serving/dining rooms are damaged and no longer easy to clean.Kensington Serving Kitchen:-The countertop around the hand wash sink is in disrepair and has water damage.-The cupboards under the hand wash sink have water damage.Hamptons Serving Kitchen:-Tape is used to hold the arborite panel in place on one cupboard and another panel is coming off.-There is staining in the cupboard under the 2 compartment sink. -Please remove and replace any water damaged materials and ensure that cupboards are smooth, durable, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.
