      • - One of the corner light covers was broken.*Replace or repair the cover. Ensure all tube lights have proper covers installed if they are not shatterproof.

      • -Bleach and Lysol were stored under the unlocked sink in the Junior room.*Staff removed the chemicals from the room. Ensure that all chemicals are always stored out of reach of children.

      • - The first aid kits were found to have expired items.*Update and replace the expired items in the first aid kits. A checklist has been provided with the email.

      • 1. One of the toy bins in the kindergarten room had dust accumulated inside.*Ensure the toy bin is cleaned regularly and maintained in a sanitary condition. Staff cleaned the bin.2. A loose screw was found in the rocking chairs in the kindergarten upstairs area.*Tighten the screw or repair the rocking chair to ensure its safety. Staff removed the chairs.3. The mattress of the brown couch was ripped from the corner.*Repair or replace the mattress to ensure proper sanitation. Staff removed the mattress.

      • A spray bottle containing bleach solution was unlabeled in the Junior classroom. Please label the bleach solution and ensure all the chemical used in the facility is properly labelled to identify their content.

      • The television stand and one tall cubby in the senior classroom were unsecured. Please secure all tall furniture over 4 feet to prevent it from falling on a child

      • There was a stairway that led to a small, elevated play area in the toddler classroom. This stairway was not guarded with gates. Please install an appropriate and secure gate at the stairway top and bottom of the toddler classroom. Stairways in all other classrooms can be left as it is but must be supervised during use to prevent any risk of falls and physical injury.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The fridge in all the classrooms had ice buildup indicating that it has not been cleaned in a while.Please clean all the fridges and ensure to maintain a cleaning schedule for all the equipment used in the facility.
