      • 1. There was no probe thermometer to check the temperature of cooked meats. Purchase and make available a probe type thermometer for the kitchen.Temperatures were satisfactory. Coolers were measured below 4C. Freezers below -18C.Hot held soup was measured to be 74C
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • 1. There was no pest control activities being performed. Institute a regular pest control program to monitor and prevent the egress of pests. Ensure documentation is created for the pest control program.
