- 1. There was a paper towel roll sitting on the food prep counter behind the front of house hand sink. All paper towels must be held in a dispenser of some kind. A vertical post dispenser would be sufficient.

- There is hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel at all handsinks including kitchen area, public and staff washrooms. Paper towel holder in sandwich making area was on the countertop. There is a wall mounted paper towel dispenser in place however the paper towels get jammed up in the dispenser, so it is not easy to use. Please repair or change out the paper towel dispenser by January 31, 24.
