    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • A wet/used cleaning cloth was being re-used for sanitizing surfaces (was stored on top of the bleach water spray bottle). Ensure cleaning cloths are used once and then put into a dirty cloth bin, or use single use paper towels.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Fridge storing children's lunches was measuring at 5.8C (at the lowest). Ensure the fridge is maintaining temperatures at 4C or less. Daily temperature logs should be maintained.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Children's belongings are stored on hooks that are less than 12 inches apart (10-11" measured). This causes children's separate belongings (jackets, backpacks) to touch. Children's belongings should be stored in a way where they don't touch another child's belongings. If there is not enough space, more hooks (greater than 12" apart) or cubbies should be installed.
