      • Quats sanitizer solution in a spray bottle at the kitchen entrance was tested at a concentration of 100ppmCorrective action: Operator was instructed to prepare a new sanitizing solution which tested at 200ppm. Please ensure that sanitizer solution is changed frequently to allow for proper disinfection of surfaces and equipment.

      • An Ice scoop was found stored inside the ice maker in direct contact with the iceCorrective Action: Operator was asked to remove, wash and sanitize the scoop. Please ensure all scoops are placed outside of the ice maker to prevent contamination

      • Scoops were observed stored inside the flour food containerCorrective Action: Operator was asked to remove the scoop. Please ensure that scoops are stored outside of the food containers to prevent contamination of the food item.
