   • 14. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Non-Critical)?
     • A pair of single use gloves were observed covered in hair dye and stored as if for later reuse, but were promptly thrown away during the inspection. Otherwise, single use equipment appears to be used as intended.Corrective Action: Please throw away any single-use items (such as nitrile gloves) after use during a client service, and instead use new gloves for the next client.
   • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
     • Reusable cups were used to provide coffee and other beverages for clients. Cups were cleaned and sanitized with a chlorine solution, however there were not test strips verify the concentration of chlorine at 100ppm for the sanitizing solution.Corrective Action: Please acquire appropriate chlorine test strips for food sanitizer with a test range between 0-200ppm.Ensure each chlorine solutions is maintained at 100ppm.
